Central Texas lawns and pests don't take the winter off. Our route work keeps going through the year instead of drying up every fall.
Paid training and licensing
No license yet? We'll train you and help you get your Texas applicator license. Come in willing to learn and we'll build the rest.
Local routes, home at night
Everything we run is inside New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, San Marcos, Seguin, and San Antonio. No travel, no overnights.
A small team that knows you
You're not a number on a dispatch board. The owners are on the trucks, and you'll talk to us directly about your route and your schedule.
Real equipment, done right
We keep our trucks and gear maintained and give you what you need to do the job well — because careful work is what we sell.
Room to move up
We'd rather promote from inside. Technicians who show up and take ownership grow into lead and route-manager roles as we add trucks.
Who we're looking for
You don't need lawn or pest experience to apply. Most of what we do can be taught. What we can't teach is showing up on time, treating a customer's home with respect, and doing the job right when nobody's watching.
- Dependable: you show up, on time, ready to work.
- Respectful: you treat customers, their property, and their pets with care.
- Safety-minded: you follow label directions and wear the gear, every time.
- Physically able: comfortable outdoors in Texas heat and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Licensed to drive: a valid driver's license and a clean record for company vehicles.
- Bilingual is a plus: English/Spanish helps on a lot of our routes, but isn't required.
